GAME: SIKA STAG, RED STAG, MOUFLON, ROE DEER and WILD BOAR

Hunting Area: Velichow
This military-owned hunting area is approximately 120 miles southeast from Leipzig airport.  It is a nice area, mostly covered by woods with some open spots and fields.  The hunting is mostly done from high seats, and the shooting distances seldom exceed 120 yards.  In this area you can hunt very good Sika Stags, Red Stags, Mouflon, Roe Deer and Wild Boar.  The Sika hunt is famous, because there are just a few good areas in Europe where you can hunt free-range Sika Stags.  Because of the good climate and feed, the trophy quality is excellent for all the species.  Lodging is in small hotels very close to the hunting area.
